RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones and route to the appropriate team member.
- Assist customers with basic questions and inquiries.
- Take payments and follow up on past-due balances.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Part-time, 15-20 hours per week
- Very flexible with scheduling
